its really not that risky. they say there mean but they run wild in Washington, you see them dead by the road sometimes.
but when i was little i used to go by a park or somewhere i could see them and i would feed them crackers from my hand.
although, it wouldn't be such a great idea for someone who hasn't grown up around them and doesn't know their nature.
