but even if they are fluffy, cute or something else like this - they are no pets, they are still wild animals!

Oh my. This is fantastic. Haha. I heard that the owl can break the bones of a grown man's wrist with just one squeeze from one talon. I call that deadly.
Also, here in Socal, a lot of our cats even get eaten by owls. I know that sounds hard to believe but it's the truth. The owls swoop down and break the cat's neck.
I can see this on a campaign against taking these beauties out of the wild to keep them as pets. It's one of the most beautiful bird photos I've seen in a while. Absolutely great.
